Yoga is a philosophical teaching whose holistic approach is to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Our yoga offerings vary from Hata , to Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga , and we also offer yoga with mini - goats at times. For me, yoga is about being in control of my mind and body to be the best version of myself every day and to be able to live happily with what I have in the present moment. Yoga is the connection of body and mind. The power to control the mind is the ability to remove anything that is an obstacle to happiness. Control of the body is achieved through the practice of asanas (yoga postures) to teach us to control the realities of the mind, the fluctuations and the flow of energy. We live in a chaotic society, we don't know how to breathe, our thoughts are uncontrolled, we accumulate money, power, friendships... without nourishing ourselves with them. Yoga teaches us to return to our essence, to be children, to live with what we really need and enjoy it now, to be grateful, to observe ourselves and to really love ourselves.
